Service director Sherry was great. I am disappointed in that the unusual noise in my Canyon's transmission is considered "normal" as it sounds very abnormal to me.

Great experience very friendly sales team, had 1 issue with paperwork but it was resolved. I’m surprised that my vehicle did not come with an owners manual! There is no way a salesman can remember everything about every model and if they did it would take forever to explain to every customer! I did see you can go on line and get one for $50 dollars no thanks!

Got my oil changed in my car everybody did a great job telling me what I need what I need to do and I got it done in very good time. Didn’t have any problems finding any other problems so it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back.
