Service advisor (Sheri Hicks) and service manager ( Jerry Capers) were excellent to deal with. 120% to SVG !!!!

I had a time sensitive issue regarding my car repair. Gloria (SVG Service Dept) went above-and-beyond to accommodate my unique needs. Additionally, regarding the final cost of my repairs I felt were fair and (quite honestly) below competitors. SVG has always met my automotive needs over the years. I certainly am a repeat customer.

Took a little longer than we thought but had to wait on parts. Runs good. All associates were great. Thank you.

I am disgruntled that you constantly send me multiple coupons for service. I DO NOT SEEK THEM OUT ANYWHERE, you sent them directly to me in the mail. Then, when I arrived for my scheduled service with all the applicable current coupons you sent to me, I was told I could use only 2 of the coupons! Really? That's how you're operating?? That's how you're treating a loyal customer? You do know I get mailed coupons from your competitors, right?

I felt they did a really good job servicing my truck. I do wish I understood some of the issues that my vehicle had and impact to driving. But overall good job. I do wish I had the ability to view what items are covered on my plan and cost associated with additional items.

Service director Sherry was great. I am disappointed in that the unusual noise in my Canyon's transmission is considered "normal" as it sounds very abnormal to me.
